Epoch Solutions Group is seeking an Account Executive to play a key role within the sales team. As our Account Executive, you will be responsible for current client retention as well as revenue growth as it relates to up-sell/cross-sell opportunities. You will work with our clients to help them maximize the value of their service with the goal of ensuring their highest possible satisfaction. In addition, you will directly impact revenue at Epoch Solutions Group and expand our footprint in these accounts by selling add-on or new products and solutions. As the client’s advocate inside Epoch, you will also work closely with Product Management, Project Management, Client Services, and other stakeholders to ensure we are delivering and meeting client expectations.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
- End-to-end support for implementation, optimizations, and maintenance of existing Partner programs
- Implementation of net-new Partner programs
- Engage with internal Program Design, Business Development, Operations, Tech and Financial teams to scope and execute programs and to ensure long term financial viability
- Coordinate Partner teams and are the initial point of contact for error and defect resolution
- Identify expansion opportunities for our largest and most strategic customers
- Surface new opportunities and optimize accounts to continuously improve program ROI
- Oversee project scheduling and timely delivery
- Provide timely, clear, and concise communications to your Director of Sales
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years program or services delivery experience
- B2B industry preferred
- BA/BS degree
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
- Proven ability to lead customer engagements
- Strong ownership, a bias for action, and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding time-bound goals, and have experience working with external partners
