In this role, Jeanne directs cross-functional teams of project managers and consultants and defines key performance indicators and service level agreements to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. With over 14 years of experience in software implementation and design, Jeanne has led successful deployments for enterprise clients, focusing on risk management, customer onboarding, and service delivery. Prior to Epoch, Jeanne held project management roles where they honed skills in technical operations, team leadership, and customer engagement. Certified as a PMI-PMP® since 2012 and trained as a Full Stack Java Developer, Jeanne brings well-rounded expertise in software deployment and process optimization.
