Epoch Solutions Group is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious sales leader to lead our small sales team and help grow the number of companies using and partnering with our products and solutions. You will be responsible for both the strategy and execution of key sales initiatives as well as the operational elements of a successful initiative defining and tracking key success metrics. This individual should have a proven track record of meeting individual and team quotas with experience in a competitive B2B sales management environment. The role comes with a competitive base salary and bonus potential.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
You’ll be responsible for driving revenue with a small sales team by partnering with an Account Executive and SDR to effectively execute & exceed company initiatives and goals
You’ll ensure continued leadership development within the sales organization to continue to drive growth & succession planning
You’ll ensure you and your team meets their revenue goals and quota which includes generating net new business or new sales from existing business with our largest Enterprise customers and prospects
You’ll work hand-in-hand with the CEO and fellow Executives within the organization to forge alignment, achieve breakthrough goals, and help to drive significant growth for the company
You’ll be bold & deliberate in your vision & execution of sales strategies, resolving inefficiencies & uncovering new opportunities that drive brand awareness & engagement
You’ll streamline communications within the field teams for the purpose of alignment & focus on key company initiatives
Desired Skills and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
10+ years of Sales Management experience with excellent references
Fierce ability to work in a rapidly-paced environment with a relentless focus on growing the business and securing YOY sales
Proven ability to grow your managers into true leaders in the organization
Strong aptitude for framing complex business problems and translating them into strategic opportunities
You aren’t afraid to create & take responsibility for bold & thoughtful sales strategies by working with your internal partners to ensure success
A self-starter, with the confidence to work independently when necessary
An analytical, data-driven, and creative approach to problem-solving
An ability to learn quickly and adapt
