Drawing from a 24-year tenure in the tech industry, Chris’ expertise encompasses a substantial journey in crafting Geospatial products, SaaS solutions, digital innovations, and AI/ML applications. Most recently, Chris founded his own consulting group, Product Success Catalyst, specializing in empowering startups with compelling product visions and strategies, and maximizing their ROIC. Prior to Product Success Catalyst, Chris led product teams at notable companies like Amazon, GeoSpark Analytics, and Maxar Technology. Chris has an MBA from DeVry University and Bachelor’s degrees in Geography and Anthropology from Texas State University.
Mike Mitchell is the Vice President of Program Management. With more than 30 years of experience, Mike joined Epoch Solutions Group with a focus on customer success and company vision to drive collaboration and excellence across the organization.
Mike’s previous experience has been driven by building customer relationships and technology solutions. In his most recent opportunity, Mike helped companies scale for growth through with Amazon AWS Platform, finding solutions to optimize and streamline key business processes. He has extensive knowledge in the implementation of SaaS solutions and transforming businesses to scale. Mike spent 5 years working with GE developing their services organization following Smallworld’s acquisition. He has experience building global teams and has successfully managed multiple corporate acquisitions. Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree (with Honors) in Technology and Management Science from the University of Bradford, England as well as being successfully nominated as a Titan100.
Bruce is the Vice President of Sales for Epoch Solutions Group and is responsible for designing and executing a global sales strategy to maximize revenue and profitability. Bruce joined Epoch Solutions Group in January 2023, bringing 40 years of sales leadership in the fast-paced technology and software industries. He is a highly motivated and accomplished executive focused on building a high-performance team, attracting top talent, embracing accountability, and fostering a winning culture.
Bruce joined Epoch Solutions Group after serving as Vice President of North America Indirect Sales at Cambium Networks since 2019. Prior to Cambium Networks, Bruce held senior leadership positions with Oracle, Hitachi, IBM, and other technology companies. Bruce studied Business at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Shane Hullinger is the Director of Solutions Consulting for Epoch Solution Group where he is responsible for the presales process of guiding customers on the achievable benefits they will gain using the EpochField and EpochSync solutions. Shane’s team works closely with prospective customers to determine the overall strategic, operational, and technical requirements that form the basis of targeted product demonstrations and intrinsic attainable value.
With over a decade of experience in Field Service Management and Mobile Workforce Management, Shane has worked with dozens of utility and non-utility customers via product implementations, integration, and deployment while working at organizations such as Qualtric and ClickSoftware. Shane has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Phoenix.
Natalie Street is the Vice President of Operations for Epoch Solutions Group where she leads operations and human resources for the company. In her role, Natalie partners with the CEO to bring the company’s long-term vision to life and develops effective strategies to engage employees in utilizing best practices toward realizing it. She is passionate about creating team cohesiveness and a company culture where employees can thrive. Natalie is also responsible for the effective implementation of innovative, streamlined operational processes that scale, while maximizing cost efficiencies to deliver results.
Natalie has been with Epoch Solutions Group since its inception in 2006 when she managed human resources, contracts, and finance. Prior to joining the company, Natalie led IT Support Desk Teams at Gillette, Jones Lang Wootton, and Warner Chappell Music.
James Street is the founder and CEO of Epoch Solutions Group, a software company that has led the market with new and innovative products to support the utility industry. The organization’s primary focus has been on the development and implementation of geospatial mobile solutions for field workforce efficiency. Founded in 2006 with the vision of creating a single application for all field workflows, the company’s core solutions include EpochField and EpochSync.
In early 2022, the company announced a strategic investment partnership with SunTx Capital Partners to accelerate product innovation efforts, enhance their EpochField and EpochSync solutions, and continually expand the line of customer-focused products and services.
James has a background in software consulting and development, with over 30 years of experience in improving processes, enterprise efficiencies, and executive management. Working for category leaders such as Spatial Business Systems, General Electric and Barclays Bank, he is a leading industry speaker presenting on both GIS platform integration and field workforce implementations and workflows. James has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire, England.
