Caleb Hopkins

Caleb Hopkins is the Director of Utility Network Services at Epoch Solutions Group, where he leads utility network implementations and guides customers through complex migrations with a focus on delivering business value and lasting results.

With a Bachelor of Science in Geography and GIS from Northwest Missouri State University and nearly two decades of experience in GIS, Caleb has served as lead architect on numerous large-scale Utility Network implementations. He is highly experienced across the Esri technology stack, with expertise spanning solution design, data migration, and network modeling.

Caleb specializes in aligning technical solutions with client goals, ensuring seamless adoption and sustainable long-term success. His leadership combines deep technical knowledge with a collaborative, customer-focused approach that has made him a trusted partner for utilities undertaking their most transformative GIS projects.

Kyle Woody

Kyle Woody is the Epoch Solutions Group Development Manager along with Scrum Master for the EpochField software development team. His responsibilities are to ensure that the software development team follows agile development practices, organize the team’s quarterly planning, and aid in guiding the team in career growth.

Kyle brings over a decade of agile software delivery best practices, knowledge in the utility space, and a consulting background, which enables him to support and guide our software development team to great results. Kyle has a Bachelor of Science in both Computer Information Systems (CIS) & Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.

Jim Dillon

Jim Dillon is the Principal Software Engineer and Product Development Team Lead for EpochField, where he collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to introduce innovative features and solutions into a versatile product suite.

With over 20 years of experience in software engineering, Jim has developed applications for industries such as environmental remediation, wastewater management, and demographic modeling. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Geography from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master of Engineering in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Allen Wagner

Allen Wagner is the Director of IT and Cloud Infrastructure at Epoch Solutions Group, responsible for leading the strategic direction, implementation, and management of the company’s IT systems and cloud environments.

With over 30 years of experience in IT, Allen brings a deep specialization in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), having worked extensively with industry-leading platforms such as GE Smallworld, Bentley, and ESRI. His expertise includes architecting and managing virtualized environments, leveraging both on-premises and AWS cloud solutions to enhance the performance and scalability of GIS operations. Allen’s strong technical background, combined with decades of hands-on experience, positions him as a trusted leader in delivering reliable, efficient, and secure IT infrastructures that support complex GIS initiatives and enterprise growth.

Mike Mitchell

Mike Mitchell is the Vice President of Sales and Customer Success. With more than 30 years of experience, Mike joined Epoch Solutions Group with a focus on customer success and the company vision to drive collaboration and excellence across the organization.

Mike’s previous experience has been driven by building customer relationships and technology solutions. In his most recent opportunity, Mike helped companies scale for growth through with Amazon AWS Platform, finding solutions to optimize and streamline key business processes. He has extensive knowledge in the implementation of SaaS solutions and transforming businesses to scale. Mike spent 5 years working with GE, developing their services organization following Smallworld’s acquisition. He has experience building global teams and has successfully managed multiple corporate acquisitions. Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree (with Honors) in Technology and Management Science from the University of Bradford, England as well as being successfully nominated as a Titan100.

Shane Hullinger

Shane Hullinger is the Epoch Solutions Group Director of Product Management for EpochField, responsible for shaping the product and leading cross-functional teams to execute strategies, embark on impactful market research, and refine the customer experience.

With over a decade of experience in Field Service Management and Mobile Workforce Management, Shane has worked with dozens of utility and non-utility customers via product implementations, integration, and deployment while working at organizations such as Qualtric and ClickSoftware. Shane has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Phoenix.

Natalie Street

Natalie Street is the Vice President of Operations for Epoch Solutions Group where she leads operations and human resources for the company. In her role, Natalie partners with the CEO to bring the company’s long-term vision to life and develops effective strategies to engage employees in utilizing best practices toward realizing it. She is passionate about creating team cohesiveness and a company culture where employees can thrive. Natalie is also responsible for the effective implementation of innovative, streamlined operational processes that scale, while maximizing cost efficiencies to deliver results.

Natalie has been with Epoch Solutions Group since its inception in 2006 when she managed human resources, contracts, and finance. Prior to joining the company, Natalie led IT Support Desk Teams at Gillette, Jones Lang Wootton, and Warner Chappell Music.

James Street

James Street is the founder and CEO of Epoch Solutions Group, a software company that has led the market with new and innovative products to support the utility industry. The organization’s primary focus has been on the development and implementation of geospatial mobile solutions for field workforce efficiency. Founded in 2006 with the vision of creating a single application for all field workflows, the company’s core solutions include EpochField and EpochSync.

In early 2022, the company announced a strategic investment partnership with SunTx Capital Partners to accelerate product innovation efforts, enhance their EpochField and EpochSync solutions, and continually expand the line of customer-focused products and services.

James has a background in software consulting and development, with over 30 years of experience in improving processes, enterprise efficiencies, and executive management. Working for category leaders such as Spatial Business Systems, General Electric and Barclays Bank, he is a leading industry speaker presenting on both GIS platform integration and field workforce implementations and workflows. James has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire, England.
