What’s New in EpochField 5.2.30
We’re pleased to announce the release of EpochField 5.2.30. The following highlights all of the items addressed.

New Features
- Korterra Integration Support for iOS – Korterra deep links now function on iOS devices.
- Update Legacy Esri API Keys – Updated to support Esri’s new API key standards ahead of June 2026 retirement.
- Expanded Definition Expression Limits – Increased column sizes to support longer Feature Class Definition Expressions in Workflow Builder.
Mobile Enhancements
Korterra Integration Support for iOS
The Korterra deep link integration has been extended to support iOS, aligning behavior with Windows.
Key behavior:
- Links open EpochField Mobile on iOS.
- App zooms to the correct location and places a marker.
- Ticket details display in the callout.
Update Legacy Esri API Keys to New Standards
EpochField has been updated to align with Esri’s API key changes, as legacy keys will be retired on June 27, 2026.
Key updates:
- Default basemap updated to the latest World Basemap vector tile service.
- Applications updated to support new API key standards.
Action required:
- Customers should upgrade to 5.2.30 to avoid basemap issues.
- Customers using ArcGIS Online services should configure their own API Key in Mobile settings.

Expanded Feature Class Definition Expression Support
Column lengths have been increased to support longer Feature Class Definition Expressions, enabling more complex filtering logic.
Key updates:
WorkOrderFeatureClassRef.Feature_Class_Def_Expr expanded to support larger expressions.
- WorkMgmtTableCache.Def_Expression expanded to support larger expressions.
Impact:
- Supports advanced queries that previously exceeded character limits.
- Resolves errors when saving or caching large expressions.
- Low-risk change; does not impact customers who delay database updates.
