What’s New in EpochField 5.2.31
We’re pleased to announce the release of EpochField 5.2.31. The following highlights all of the items addressed.

Mobile Enhancements
Customer Report for Downstream Affected Customer Traces
A new Customer Report is available for Downstream Affected Customers electric traces, providing both summary and detailed views of affected customer information.
Key Capabilities
- Accessed directly from trace results using the new Report button.
- Provides two report views:
o Count – Summarizes affected customers by phase, including service and meter counts.
o Details – Displays individual customer records in a sortable, resizable grid.
- Detail columns are configurable and can display customer-specific attributes such as location, circuit, phasing, and other available data.
- Supports sorting and column resizing within the Details view.
- Report data is generated from the current trace results.

Visibility
The Report button is displayed only when:
- Customer Reporting is enabled in configuration.
- The trace type is Downstream Affected Customers.
- Trace results are currently displayed.
