What’s New in EpochField 5.2.32
We’re pleased to announce the release of EpochField 5.2.32. The following highlights all of the items addressed.

Configurable External Application Integration
The Active Work Orders tool now supports configurable integration with external applications, allowing organizations to launch third-party solutions directly from EpochField Mobile.
Key Capabilities
- Configurable Send to App button for launching external applications using a configurable URL or deep link.
- Administrators can control the visibility and labeling of integration buttons.
- Work order information, map coordinates, and optional GIS attribute data can be passed to external applications.
- Supports displaying one or more integration buttons based on configuration.
Configuration
The Active Work Orders tool includes new configuration options to control external integrations, including button visibility, application name, launch URL, and optional data passed to the external application.
Customer Report Total Label
The Customer Report in the Tracing Tool now includes a Total label on the summary row of the Count view. This clearly identifies the row containing the overall service and meter totals, making the report easier to read.
